In PDF upload a list of the project's subcontractors which should include:
1.- Name
2.- Description (Cleaning, Roofing, etc)
3.- Telephone Number
4.- Point Of Contact
5.- Email
Add the Project number or contract number to be used in the Safety Plan or APP.
